Lipo capacities, that are given by manufacturers and respectively feature the product label and stickers, often do not match with the real capcity that you can get out of a lipo in normal use scenarios. I measured 3 HV Lipos (LRP #431284, Absima 4150008, Intellect IP-BG2S4400PT1 ) with HV and Standard Charge. I measured the taken mAh for each lipo from 4,2 and 4,35 V/cell to 3,2 V/cell at 10A discharge current.
This results in a certain percentage margin between manufacturer information and available capacity:
